Minnesota Customers.
The state of Minnesota requires a Tax Exempt form by on file with the retail store in order to exempt purchases from taxes. This must be filled out and sent to the retailer in order to be compliant. Only those items deemed to be resaleable would then be exempt from Minnesota taxes. I.E. Albums you purchased for resale to your customer. Backgrounds would not be tax exempt as you would most likely not be selling these to your customer. If you have a MN Tax Form filed with The Pierce Company and it is current we will remove the taxes charged for our MN customers on those items purchased that are deemed resaleable. These charges will be creditied to your Credit Card after checkout.
